All 17 persons arrested in the vicinity of "Kvareli Lake" hotel are released.

The Gurjaani district court gave a verbal warning to two participants of the rally. The trial of the remaining 14 was postponed at the request of the defense side.

As the lawyers explained, they could not get acquainted with the case materials and evidence in time.

The court of Gurjaani will discuss the case of 14 people arrested at "Kvareli Lake" on June 19 at 13:00.

For information, the rally at the "Kvarli Lake" hotel started yesterday morning. The participants of the rally protested the presence of the family members of the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in the "Kvarli Lake" hotel.

At the protest, the situation between the police and the participants of the protest got tense several times. According to the latest official information, 16 people were arrested on the spot.

Later, President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili held a briefing regarding the mentioned developments. According to the President, she received a promise from the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia that "the family, the people who were going to organize the second half of the wedding, have left, and therefore, the wedding will not take place."

Later, the members and supporters of the National Movement held another rally near the Sagarejo police building and demanded the release of those detained at the protest rally in the vicinity of the "Kvarli Lake" hotel. The situation between the participants of the rally and the police became tense there as well. According to the information of the United Natio­nal Movement, members of the political council of the party Lasha Farulava and Giorgi Lomidze were arrested after they played the song "Misha Magaria" near the Sagarejo police.
