A husband killed his wife in Varketili district of Tbilisi. The stabbed young woman was taken to the clinic, but the medics could not save her.
According to the available information, after the incident, the man injured himself, he was also taken to the hospital.
As InterPressNews was told by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident is being investigated under Article 19/109 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to the attempted murder of a family member.
