A week of organized protest by the students begins. Within the framework of the student protest week, the first march will be held today, May 20, at 18:00.
Students of different universities will gather today at two locations - the courtyard of the Medical University and the Tsereteli Metro station. The final location is not yet known, although according to the organizers of the rally, the final location will be announced during the march.
"Students have already confirmed our position with the strike. However, we are not going to stop until the final goal, we will continue to act.
We will announce the actual locations the day before each protest. We promise you a large-scale and qualitatively new protest, we are deliberately not disclosing additional details," the information reads.
The organizers of the marches are: TSU students, students for the European future, Caucasus University student movement, GIPA student movement, BTU activities and activist medics for injured activists.
For information, students are protesting the "Transparency of Foreign Influence" law passed in the Parliament of Georgia.
