A number of facts of voter bribery, intimidation, coercion and "carousel" were revealed in the 2020 parliamentary elections.
As it turned out, the identities of voters in the elections are known in advance to the Election Commission. The voters are replaced by the "carousel" participants and express their position in their place.
"Another person enters and votes for the non-existent person, that is, the one who does not come," said representatives of the opposition parties.
The "carousel" mechanism is also known. According to him, the voter participating in the "carousel" at the polling stations, the person checking the marking and the registrar are in close coordination. During the manipulation, the regulator standing at the door does not check the marking and lets the "voter" participating in the "carousel" directly to the registrar known to him in advance.
"You will come with your ID, however, a specific registrar, who has pre-processed lists of voters who do not come, will make you sign in any column. You have a different surname, your column is for a different surname, but the registrar and the regulator know this in advance," - say the pollsters.
